Tested these aerobar extensions for a 5 hour ride this morning and they did not disappoint. Comfortable, fast and very adjustable! Perfect for an Ironman or 70.3.

I’m going to be doing a weekly summary of my training between now and Ironman Texas to give you a quick overview of what’s been good and what’s not been so good.
This week:
✅ Longest ever training run 33.8km
✅ Big 3 x 1 hour Ironman bike session
❌ High fatigue on Thursday, failed bike session
Only my second proper week of Ironman training completed and hitting some good sessions. Lots more work to come over the next few weeks. Feeling great and adapting well to the training, looking forward to building on this form as my first race of the season gets closer.

Inter-county XC Champions 🥇 It was cool to be part of the winning team on Saturday, great running from all the lads! I had fun and glad to be finding some good form as the triathlon season closes in.

It was great to be back using the @morayleisurecentre facilities over the festive period whilst we were back home! Thanks to all the staff and management team for making us feel welcome as always.
It always brings back good memories of being a kid/teenager learning how to swim and using the gym.
Lots has changed with the Centre since then and it’s busier than ever now, it sounds like it has a bright future ahead!
First race of 2023 and first time in the Charnwood AC vest! Very tough conditions and course today, there was no break from the mud!
Nice to come away with 3rd senior (4th overall) at the Leicestershire & Rutland County Champs and secure my spot for the inter-counties team in a couple of months!
It’s been a fun and very challenging year, with lots of amazing memories! From racing in the Commie Games and starting a Masters at Loughborough Uni to one of my worst periods of injury.
Looking forward to 2023 and spending more great moments with friends and family 🍻

It was awesome to finish 5th yesterday in the Mixed Team Relay, Scotland’s best performance ever in this event. A very exciting future ahead for Scottish Triathlon!
